Quality teachers are the assets of a school. To enhance quality of teachers empowerment programme on novel ideas, transactional modalities and skill development are essential. In order to satisfy these needs a comprehensive teacher empowerment programme for transforming teachers for the new millennium is envisaged. 10 day Higher Secondary Teacher Transformation Programme is an attempt to create a group of transformed teacher in the HSS. I got the opportunity to participate in the Teacher Transformation Programme held at Govt College Thrippunithura from 16th November to 25th November 2018
